Merry Christmas!
It's been a while but I'm sure you all know how the build up to Christmas escalates out of control and before you know it, it's Christmas Eve!?*%& Yikes!!! And there was me thinking I was on track but nope, it's just wasn't to be. I've still ALL my wrapping to do plus loads of other stuff and I'm not sure how to fit it all in. Still, what the heck, as long as Father Christmas arrives on time and leaves a little somthing for Jake, that's all that really matters.
And talking of Father Christmas, I managed to take a wonderful Photo when we went to see him a few weeks ago.
He has to be the real one don't you think? Jake had an imposter visit at his school last week and he knew he wasn't real. When I asked how he knew, he replied that he looked just like the lollypop man! ha! You can't kid a kidder...lol.
So I shall be back real soon with more creations and details of the new offer from Stampin'Up! which starts Jan 1st - it involves FREE exclusive stamps sets, how fantastic is that!
Anyway, to everyone who may visit my blog I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas. Hope Father Christmas brings you everthing you've wished for, have a great holiday and see you in the New Year.

A creative splurge
Last night I had a creative splurge and made a few cards for some upcoming birthdays. I've got six over the next few weeks and what with Christmas as well...
Anway here's what I've made and *yippee* for some sun today so I could take some decent photos.
This first one is the same as yesterdays. I've changed the colours to Night of Navy, Bashful Blue, Whisper White, Real Red and So Saffron. It's for a teenager and I thought these colours were more suited for a boy.
This next one is for Jake's teachers. I've used a Hero Arts stamp called 'Three Owls' and it has to be my most favourite ever at the moment - very cute and great for colouring. The colours are Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Real Red and Very Vanilla, finished off with some gold elastic.
And for my last card I used Crazy for Cupcakes with Pretty in Pink, Barely Banana, Whisper White and a hint of Real Red. The mount was cut with my Labels One Nestabilities - love 'em!
Hope you like....Jo :)

Kristina's Color Inspiration #33
All I seem to be posting lately is Kristina's Color Challenge, but I promise to post some of my own projects soon. Snowman Poop has been made and my Christmas Tree Decs are all ready for the Christmas Fair on Friday, infact we're taking them into the school this afternoon so I'll take a photo in a minute while the sun is still shining and show you what I've produced.
Anyway, here's my card for Kristina's challenge. Chocolate Birthday cake sprang to mind when I first saw it but I just couldn't get to grips with what I wanted to do so I went for more stars from the 'In the Stars' set. Actually I only used the teeny tiny star stamp, the big one was a Punch. As usual I sneaked in a non SU! item which is the pearly gems from Papermania and also the button from my button bag.
Hope you like and tfl,
Jo :)
